Charlotte joined Edwards Family Law upon qualification in September 2024 as an Assistant Solicitor.
Charlotte studied History at the University of Portsmouth and subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course LLM at the University of Law in London. Charlotte completed her training contract at a leading City law firm, where she gained experience in all areas of family law, as well as corporate and commercial, dispute resolution and private client.
Charlotte has gained experience working on cases involving:
- Complex financial arrangements, with particular expertise in cases involving businesses;
- High-conflict children proceedings, including domestic and international relocation matters; and
- All stages of divorce proceedings, including jurisdiction disputes.
Charlotte advises on all aspects of family law arising from the breakdown of a marriage including divorce, financial settlements, private law children matters and non-molestation and occupation orders.
