Kelly worked as a paralegal and then trained as a solicitor under the tutelage of the formidable Raymond Tooth, of Sears Tooth. Kelly remained at Sears Tooth for over 10 years where she was made a Partner. Kelly then spent 2 years at a leading City firm before deciding to set up her own practice in 2019.

Kelly also has extensive experience in dealing with children matters, successfully advising clients in a whole host of issues, from child arrangements, holiday issues, to dealing with applications for leave to remove and more complicated issues.
Kelly has dealt with some of the most complicated cases in the family courts over the last 17 years, and regularly deals with cases involving, trusts and complicated corporate structures, company valuation issues and where there are allegations of dishonesty and non-disclosure.
